The Everest Three Pass Trek will offer an awe-inspiring chance to ascend major passes that is Kongma La (5,535m), Renjo La (5,340m) and Cho La (5420m). This is one of the difficult treks in Everest Region yet one of the most rewarding options. This trek actually gives an occasion to see highest peaks of the world including the highest peak on earth- Everest. The trek also presents an opportunity to observe natural splendor, physical magnificence and strong cross-cultural arrays.
This Three Pass Trek positioned in alpine perfection without doubt will capture you with the extremely large mountain panorama. One of the fascinating parts of the trek is crossing Kongma La Pass located at an elevation of 5535 m. On the way, the track rises over taking us to the Kongma La after approximately five hours where we will notice cairn enfolded in prayer flags. At the back Khumbu Glacier stands. Also, we will walk to Everest Base Camp and en-route, we will see Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtern, Mt. Mahalangur, Mt. Khumbutse, etc. After a small climb we will reach Thangma Riju from where we witness 360 degree panorama of snow-white mountains. At Gorak Shep, we will be surrounded by gigantic peaks not missing the superb view of Mt. Everest, highest mountain on the earth. We will move ahead to reach Everest base Camp which gives you the feeling of victory of summating. Moreover, we will walk to ChoLa (5420m). The walk is difficult but is really rewarding. The higher we get to the view at the backside gets ever more charming. The Cho La Lake becomes visible and the Ama Dablam on the south and Cholatse on the west can be captured. The last ascend to the ChoLa can be a little dangerous as the track curves encircling. As we summate, we will see prayer flags across cairns. Plus, passing Renjo La (5345m) is another attractive part of the trek. From the pass you will rewarded by the stunning views of the Everest, Cholatse, Lhotse, and Taboche. Vistas from Renjo La are similar to the views that appears from Gokyo Ri.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu (1,300m)
As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA) in Kathmandu, Destination Unlimited Treks & Expeditions’ representative will greet you and help you transfer to our hotel after completing formalities. At hotel, you will meet our guide. In the evening, you can enjoy Nepalese cuisine in one of the best restaurants in Kathmandu. Overnight at hotel.

Day 02: Sightseeing in Kathmandu
We will on this day walk around to see appealing historical and holy fascinations in Kathmandu. Most of the places you visit on this day are enlisted in UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You will be visiting Kathmandu Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square, and Bhaktapur Durbar Square which are speckled with several small and big temples carved with beautiful arts. Also, you will visit the holy Hindu temple Pashupati Nath, Swayambhunath known as ‘Monkey Temple’, and one of the large Stupas in the world-Boudhanath. Likewise, on this day you will also prepare for trekking. Overnight at Kathmandu.

Day 03: Kathmandu to Lukla to Phakding (2,652m) approximately 4 hours trek
We will move to the airport and take up early morning flight to reach Lukla (2,800m). Lukla is one of the most eye-catching air ways in the world as it has spectacular landing on a hillside bordered by elevated peaks. As soon as we reach Lukla, we will start our trek passing the village to get to Phakding. The track is trouble-free and after coming crosswise through the tiny rural community of Ghat (2550m) we have a short walk to Phakding. Overnight in Phakding.

Day 04: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) approximately 6 hrs
From Phakding passing by a stunning pine woods next to the Dudh Koshi River. The paths are also combined with superb forest of giant firs, rhododendron, and magnolia trees. On this day you will get to witness breathtaking scene of the Mt. Thamserku (6618 m). Walking all the way through Benkar, Manjo, we reach at the entrance point to Sagarmatha National Park. Then, passing village of Jorsale, we will reach Namche Bazaar, major trading centre of this region. As we ascend up to Namche Bazaar, splendid view of Kwangde Peak, Kangaru peak, Kusum peak, Mt. Everest, Tawache, Lhotse, and many other marvelous mountains welcome us. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 05: Acclimatization Day in Namche Bazaar
We will rest in Namche Bazaar today for to get habituated with the height. Namche is thought-out as well off village situated in a large protected vacant set. On top of the village, the national park headquarters is located from where you can see the sunrise and sunset views. The wonderful scene includes terrific scenery of the Khumbu peaks including Mt Everest. You can enjoy resting or just walking around or do some shopping. Or, you may walk around Khumjung which is surrounded by the snow-white peaks of Kongde and Thamserku We also visit Hillary School situated at the same location. Overnight in Namche Bazaar.

Day 06: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,870m) approximately 6 hrs
We will move ahead from Namche Bazaar enjoying outstanding views of Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Ama Dablam, Mt. Nuptse, and Thamserku on the way. If you are lucky enough, we may also spot wildlife musk deer colorful pheasants and a herd of Himalayan Thar. The path goes steadily to Kayangjuma and reaches Sansa, which is the main junction to Everest Base Camp and Gokyo valley. You will also pass the bridge over the Dudh Koshi River decorated with prayer flags and get to Phunki Thenga, a small village with some teahouses. After that we will walk through the pine woods before we get to Tengboche. Tengboche is a great set for awesome views of Mt Ama Dablam Mt Everest and Mt Nuptse. Finally, we will visit Tengboche monastery, the biggest monastery of the Everest region. Overnight at a lodge at Tengboche.

Day 07: Tengboche to Dingboche (4,360 m) about 6 hrs
We will depart from the upper track for better vistas en-route to Pangboche village. We pass from side to side with several Mani walls and Chortens. Also, after having lunch, we will walk north to Pheriche or take the trail underneath the lofty north face of Mt Ama Dablam. We will notice the valley gradually opening up as we come up to the union point of the Lobuche River. We move down to the river and start steep way up to Dingboche where we will notice striking array of fields bordered by stone walls. Overnight at Dingboche.

Day 08: Dingboche to Chhukung (4,730m) around 4 hrs
We will on this day pass through stone walled fields from Dingboche. The views are tremendous as we move to top of Imja valley. Moving further on, after witnessing superb Lhotse and Amadablam, we will also get to notice we can see the Island peak (6189m), which is pyramidal and looks superb with its step rock and icy south face. The track will take us to Chhukung, after about 30 min. Overnight ta Chhukung.

Day 09: Rest day in Chhukung
We today have rest day for getting used to in Chhukung. The sights from Chhukung are outstanding. Optionally, we may also trek to the rocky hill of Chhukung Ri located at 5546m, which offers stunning views of Ama Dablam, Lhotse, Island Peak, Makalu and quite a lot of others including Baruntse. The enormous south face of Lhotse to the north, while Amphu Lapcha pass (5845 m) and the extremely large fluted ice walls to the south will completely allure you. Overnight at Chhukung again.

Day 10: Chhukung – Kongma La (5,535m) – Lobuche (4,940m) Around 7 hrs
Starting from Chhukung we will trek to the Kongma La Pass on this day. As it is located at an elevation of 5535 m, we will need some hard work to trek to the pass. We can walk either climbing over the hill lying on the northwest of Chhukung over the Nuptse Glacier or we might walk down the valley to Bibre and go behind a high track over the Niyang lakes. The track rises over taking us to the Kongma La after approximately five hours where we will notice cairn enfolded in prayer flags. At the back Khumbu Glacier stands. The ultimate descent is the most tricky stage of the trek at the moment, ahead of climbing the moraine on the far side, the track turns north all the way through Khumbu Glacier which takes us to Lobuche. Overnight in Lobuche.

Day 11: Lobuche to Gorak Shep (5,170 m) – Everest Base Camp (5,364m) – Gorak Shep approximately 9 hrs
We will depart from Lobuche on this day and move through the moraine of the Khumbu Glacier. We pass from side to side with the pyramid sign post. En-route, we will see Mt. Pumori, Mt. Lingtern, Mt. Mahalangur, Mt. Khumbutse, etc. After a small climb we will reach Thangma Riju from where we witness 360 degree panorama of snow-white mountains. At Gorak Shep, we will be surrounded by gigantic peaks not missing the superb view of Mt. Everest, highest mountain on the earth. We will move ahead to reach Everest base Camp which gives you the feeling of victory of summating. Then, you will return to Gorakshep. Overnight in Gorak Shep.

Day 12: Gorak Shep to Kala Patthar (5545m)- Pheriche (4280 m) Approximately 9 hrs
From Gorakshep on this day, you will trek to Kalapathhar to witness break of the dawn over the high Himalayas. You need to be prepared to resist cold temperature (-10 to -14 C). For your efforts you will be rewarded by the awesome and unforgettable views of Khumbutse, Lingtren, Changtse tower to the east. We will move back in the afternoon and arrive at Pheriche. Overnight at Pheriche.

Day 13: Lobuche to Dzonglha (4,830m) around 4 hrs
Today, we will move ahead from Lobuche to Dzonglha. After going across a stream we walk twisting round to the river bed and then our path runs diagonally and mounts the rim to the front. From the greeny ridge in front, we can see towering heights of Kangtega-Thamserku, Ama Dablam, Tawache. As the point changes way northward, we will see the enormous Cho La Lake set below Mt. Cholatse. Walking further we will traverse an unsteady bridge to reach Dzonglha. Overnight at Dzonglha.

Day 14: Dzonglha to ChoLa (5420m) to Thangnak (4,680m) to Gokyo (4,800m) Around 8 hrs
This is the significant day of our trek. From Dzhongla we start walking early in the morning because we need to walk for approximately 7 to 8 hours today. The walk is difficult but is really rewarding. Moving additionally up the valley, we pass through a ridge and an aged sideways moraine, before beginning the uneven muddle to go by. After that, from the pass there are terrific views, crosswise through the Ama Dablam located to the south east and Rolwaling Valley falling in the west. The higher we get to the view at the backside gets ever more charming. The Cho La Lake becomes visible and the Ama Dablam on the south and Cholatse on the west can be captured. The last ascend to the ChoLa can be a little dangerous as the track curves encircling. As we summate, we will see prayer flags across cairns. Then we will walk to Thangnak, a small village. We will then walk further to Gokyo passing through the glacier. We will move ahead to see the stunning lakes at Gokyo, the melted-pouring down the west part of the Ngozumpa Glacier. After traversing a bridge, the trail levels out as we get to observe the first lake Longpongo set at 4690m. Then, the second lake, Taboche Tsho entirely captivates us with its gleaming turquoise blue water dazzling in the sun. Consecutively, third lake also appears. We will notice that the Gokyo village is set by the third lake, Like cherry on the top, Cho-Oyu peak as a background presents a fabulous sight here.

Day 15: Rest and explore Gokyo Ri
We will have another rest day. You can simply rest or ascent Gokyo Ri lying at an elevation of 5483m to witness enchanting sunrise views as well as scenic views of Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Amadablam, and many more gigantic ranges of Himalayas. Definitely, we will get the opportunity to sight of the fourth Gokyo lake(Thonak Tsho) and fifth lake (Ngozuma Tsho). Overnight at lodge in Gokyo.

Day 16: Gokyo to Renjo La (5345m) to Marlung (4,210m) Around8 hrs
We will leave Gokyo to experience another important day of our trek by passing Renjo La (5345m). The path climbs relaxingly up the periphery of Gokyo Ri . We get to the Renjo La after walking for about three hours. From the pass you will rewarded by the stunning views of the Everest, Cholatse, Lhotse, and Taboche. Vistas from Renjo La are similar to the views that appears from Gokyo Ri. Flanking the way, we will also see Relama Tsho as well as Renjo Lake. We will walk ahead to get to Marlung set on the east shore of the Bhote Kosi. Overnight in Marlung.

Day 17: Marlung to Namche Bazaar Around 6 hours
We will walk down from Marlung using the aged route used by Tibetan businessmen to reach Namche Bazaar. Moving downward from the Marlung we traverse the Bhote Koshi and the way again go down to Taranga. The path after that goes all the way through the Valley of Langmuche River. We will trek down after going across a bridge to reach Samde. The place presents wonderful views. The path abruptly descends downward to Thamo community which embraces Khari monastery. We will walk ahead to the small village of Phurte and then eventually reach Namche again from side to side with some Gompas, Mani walls, Chortens and colorful prayer flags. Overnight at Namche Bazaar.

Day 18: Namche Bazaar to Lukla (2,780m) Around 7 hrs
We will depart from Tengboche and the track steeply goes downward all the way through rhododendron and pine woods that take us to Jorsale. We will walk continuously for around 5 hour walk to Lukla through Manjo. Overnight at Guest house.

Day 19: Lukla to Kathmandu
Today, we will fly back to Kathmandu after our memorable journey. Upon reaching hotel in Kathmandu, we can relax. Or, you can go around some nearby shops in Thamel to buy typical Nepalese commodities. In the evening, you will enjoy farewell dinner. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Day 20: Departure
On this day, our representative will drive you to the airport. Hope to see you again.
